Ive heard good and bad things, but the trailer is about as cliched as you can get.

Im bypassing the DVD and waiting for this one on TV.

Group HLS released a dvd screener of limited historical drama Hunger. The movie about Irish republican hunger striker Bobby Sands holds a very decent rating at IMDB, with 8.4 points. The main role is played by German actor Michael Fassbender. The 1 CD release was nuked for bad AR , but it’s nothing significant and it’s still very watchable.
Hunger centres not just on Sands but on everything happening in the Maze prison in 1981, when IRA prisoners decided to starve themselves until they were granted status as political prisoners. Sands, 27, who doesn’t appear until a third of the way through the film, was the first to die, and his name became synonymous with the protest.

Its defo worth a watch mate, great ladish movie, but the bird enjoyed too, funny as in some places! Some great oneliners! Worth a large popcorn and a big of peanut M&M's!
