Because of the fact that he hasn't managed a english club before, no experience in premier legue and he doesn't speak english does it for me,

because we are a tradicional style club i dont think that a non english speaker suits us, take Southampton for example with every interview Pochettino does he needs a translator and thats not the Everton way!
 

Maybe we should be choosing the next manager based on which would be the coolest chant.
