First post on the site. I'm a young American that has really grown to love Everton over the past few years. I went to see them play against the Philadelphia Union this past July and have a trip to Goodison on my bucket list, hopefully next season.
I'm a young sports writer in America covering college football and I preach Everton and the Premier League to everyone I know. I just wanted to introduce myself and figured no better day to do so then after a great win by the boys today.
Howard and Donovan played a big part in generating my interest in the Toffees, but after learning more about the history of the program and what this great fan base is all about, I instantly became hooked. Been watching every game for about 2-3 years now.
Anyways, I look forward to reading everyone's comments and I can't wait for the Blackpool matchup next weekend, especially if it's anything like last year's game. The boy have been up and down all year, but a solid cup run, plus strong showings from our newest signings, and I really think the next few months could be exciting.
