It's been an ongoing problem under multiple managers and squads, along with a generally lackadaisical attitude to the basics of football.Giving away possession seems to be a big problem .
Drives me round the bend.

The simple answer is inexperience I think. Watching it back at it he looked off balance so lunged in as a last resort.
Yes I agree and don't forget we were playing their reserves.It took the offside Var check for the manager to change things..... It would have been too late had it been an inch the other way.. Dyche got lucky last night. Hopefully he learns from it
"Alexa, what does a Geordie look like ?"
And they've gone and Dummett again….after Trippier in the home game, we have a new one for the Kevin Brock gallery;

…cheers, Fella.
It was just a bad goal to give up. Why is Tarkowski so much deeper than the rest of the back line? Why does he pull out of the challenge on Isak? We'd started fairly strong as well which was the annoying thing.
And if he (& his agent) stop to think about it, he is probably better off staying with us for the next season at least. Go to the Sly 6 or Spain and he will be on the bench most of the time.
Like I saidWho's bench? There isn't a single player in the Everton squad that qualifies for the title of best striker but if you had to look at who's not the worst, he's starting up front for us tonight.
Our financial situation will probably result in us having to offload him, even if he didn't want to leave.
