From what I've read, Big Sam would bin all the staff on the senior team.
And bring in his team of chefs.

Who are we right now????
What is most likely I would say is what happens in the vast majority of Premier League seasons. The quality rises up the table, or at least moves up enough to be safe, and there are generally at least 3 very bad teams that will guarantee the safety of any bigger club having a bit of a crap season.
That's generally what happens. A one-off might occur and we drop, but I really prefer we don't plan for that when really we are just a few points and a couple of solid performances off having the majority of the fanbase settling down and laying off the panic mode.
We need to move for somebody with a proper long term plan in mind.
We've got to stop wanting to have 'ex-blues' at the club, spouting we're different blah blah blah. Once of the reasons we're in this mess is the fact that we are an over sentimental club (aided and abetted by Mr Kenwright) and we always have to have some 'ex blues' in and around the club.
Get rid of them all and get some winners in.................none of the ex-blues at the club know what it's like to win, they're perennial losers like us and the whole club.
Wasn't he out of a job, when anceloti was sacked?
And if yes, Why wasn't he appointed then?
Ever thought that with the lack of a billionaire owner until recently it’s been precisely the ex blues unique spirit that has stopped the club going down like every other side outside the moneyed 6 have done?
Newcastle
wahey! finally, a bit of sense talked in between the utter nonsense of most people. Honestly don't understand why everyone is literally crapping themselves about relegation. Even if we carry on this bad form until the jan transfer window, we'll just nip in, buy a striker and by may we'd be easily safe. The season is still new, we're not in a relegation battle, utterly daft to be that concerned, just look at the vast difference in quality and depth in our squad compared to the rest in the bottom half. Anyone who genuinely thinks our current form would continue for another 28 matches is deluded in the extreme.
Dyche drifting considerably now, 7/4 at some places. Allardyce holding steady at Evens, NES the dark horse at 8s. Unsworth clearly a dead man walking judging by his price.
Tell me more about the ex-blues unique spirit?......are you another that thinks we're different?. We are just another club like everyone else. Explain what the unique blues spirit is, it hasn't won us jack diddly squat in a long time.
...just looked at this myself. Allardyce was available at 100/30 last night and is now best priced 5/4 favourite.
His point is though, that given our lack of resources there may be other reasons that explain our ever lasting record in the Premier League. The history and tradition of the club, as well as personnel going over and above out of a loyalty to the club may be a factor in that? Alternatively maybe you have another explanation? Maybe it was pot luck? Or continued astute judgement? It's fine criticising his interpretation but what would you put it down too?
We are also unique in that few have that bind of history as we do. I always remember Big Joe saying we are one of the few clubs that regularly had 4 former managers paying to watch the team (Kendall, Lee, Harvey + Royle) and this was not something he'd come across at other clubs.
I think these things are factors. I also think it's a positive that is hard to replace with money and especially so with the money made available by Moshiri alone. For me it would be disastrous in the medium term to jeapardise for an utter chancer in Big Sam.
