Negative. And indeed, it is negative sombre air that pervades the forum today...such stark contrast to yesterday's mood of exultant optimism. I guess yesterday was an aberration. Back to being an 'expect the worst' Evertonian, I am today. I don't know who will be our team's next manager, but I do know he'll disappoint us all.

No one is goading mate. In the UK, and especially amongst football supporters, and double especially amongst Everton football supporters, it is called gentle humour/taking the wee.

When things are quiet, it happens. Nothing offensive gets past us, but maybe the UK/Scouse sense of humour is unfamilier to you.
