I' m fed up with this now. Let's give Unsworth the job, with Big Joe as his mentor. Maybe try and bring an experienced assistant like Brian Kidd in too. (He did play for us in the early 80's). I know everyone wants the big name but we have good coaches who love the club. We could lose that if the wrong man comes in. This way we could build a force from the bottom up that would last for years.
I'll probably get slated for this, but imagine how much we'd love it, if it happens and was a success? The so called names will use us as a spring board to get the bigger jobs like Madrid.
Manuel Pellegrini looks like the husk of Audrey Roberts.
If FdB is allowed to sign for someone else, while we fanny about waiting for other managers that are using us for new contracts, I'm gonna be furious
Yes, there's always something to keep me going. I must stress my problem is potentially very serious but not confirmed. I'm rather overwhelmed by all the good wishes I've received. Fantastic community.
Mancini has to be the main contender. He transformed city into what they are today.
Yep if we can't get Koeman or Emery then pellegrini would do.
Because we're obsessing over pie in the sky managers who are using us to improve their own position. FdB has the potential to be a top class manager and he's available and he wants to come. People need to realise we have been awful for the last 25 years. Why exactly? He has finished runner up in a two horse league for two years straight, apparently relies heavily on his coaching team (who by all accounts won't be following him), IF we are that arsed about getting a young Dutch manager in then why not go for Cocu instead?
Wasn't that the Sheikhs money that transformed them into what they are today moreso mate?

Not in the know by any means nor will ever claim to be but was in the company of a true club legend last night at a barby and he assured me all is in hand and fans will be pleased with appointment it's definitely not a former manager wouldn't say specifically names on who it will be did say names mentioned in media are in the right area but there is a totally left field name not linked to us in media or betting markets who we are trying for, koeman was the only name we chatted about as the esk said was top target and had indicated to us early his interest only to change his mind reckons his agent had the nod over a job coming up next summer when his interest and evertons became public
You prefer watching teams Emery puts out?
