I repeat no guarantees, but we are fishing in the finest waters, dining at the highest table - that's the scale of our ambition. Currently difficult given where we are coming from, nevertheless that's what we are doing.

It's been a while since we've been at that table. Must be careful not to make fools of ourselves. Remember the small knife and fork on the outside are for the starters. the funny looking knife thing that could pass for a cake slice if for the fish course - not cake.
