Nebbiolo

Valuation: £108 million
I wonder who it will be? This is a list currently being discussed by the Portsmouth faithful:

Desirable
Stuart Pearce (england)
Martin Jol (hamburg)
Sven Goran Erikkson (me-hico)
Paul Ince (blackburn)
Steve Bruce (wigwam)
Tony Mowbray???? (WBA)
Phil Thompson???? (hull)

More available (but probs less desirable)
Sam Allardyce
Alan Curbishley
Avram Grant
Terry Venables (I would actually be open to but i know a lot wouldnt)
Kevin Keegan HAHAHAHAHA
Iain Dowie
Chris Coleman?
Steve Coppell

There are others too... a few foriegn coaches have been linked with english jobs a lot..
Roberto Mancini
Gerard Houllier

Less desirable recently (but once in demand)
Paul Jewell
Glen Hoddle

Let's face it, if it isn't Adams, it will almost certainly be Big Sam. There are few stupid ones on the list above but some serious contenders nonetheless. I just think Allardyce is made for a club like Portsmouth. That is, a small club without money, is the sort of place were he can really put his stamp on things. And whilst Sam doesn't play great football, he does do "hoof" better than Moyes, I think Pompey would do well to employ him.

Pearce would be good, He's doing well with the Under-21's.

Allardyce I think would suit Portsmouths Grocks.

Also I didn't know Phil Thompson managed Hull.:lol:

If I had to bet on their next manager I think it will be Allardyce.

Tony Adams I recon.

Would like to see Ronald Koeman, manage a team in England. Preferably Newcastle though.:D
If it's an English one, I think it will be Curbishley.

Hasn't he agreed a deal with some team in Mexico?

Chivas I think. but I'm not 100% so don't qoute me on that.
