This lad will not be leaving in January, unless it's for significant money. It was an investment by the DOF who has over-performed where we thought he would be. The next manager will want to use him and we have him on a 4 1/2 year deal.

I'd start the lads or have him in the squad, but understand Unsworth may feel this may not be the game for him. Thats fair enough for me, it's not a terrible bench by any stretch.

Think that’s a bit over the top! Young, inexperienced in the Premiership and these are going to be hard fought games.

Unsworth knows Lennon and we have a lot of players in Vlasic’s favored position, just think Unsworth knows what he’s getting out of the others in his place.

He is much more dynamic than those too, that is for certain. I feel we need that type of player behind the striker right now.

Definitely.

People keep calling him a winger but he's not really a winger at all. He's more like Pienaar than Mirallas. I'd give him a shot in the centre for sure.

Personally I'd play him in a midfield three with Davies/Klaassen and Gueye.

I'm guessing Unsworth is leaving him and the new recruits out of the squad to protect them. Some of the established seniors are really letting the club down at the moment though. Melters.
