The most pathetic thing is that IMHO they are trying to bury this under the radar, making a decision in the day of World Cup openings; it's even difficult to find it on BBC Sports Page.

I think we need it more than elsewhere, to be honest. I'm not sure how I feel about this cap on non-English players. I'd like to see more home grown (especially local lads) getting a game for top teams. But I dont want to come across as a Little Englander, because the foreigners have, for the most part, been a good thing.

It'll only need one of the premier league teams to take it to the EU court and I'm guessing they'll have to scrap the plan as well. Same rules will apply that stopped FIFA.
