There should be a world wide ban on all social media, it's toxic, and gives a public platform to people who shouldn't have a public platform, people are very brave behind a keyboard and say all kinds of horrible things without giving any taught into how it might effect someone, all the humanity has been taken away from people when you are looking at a screen and subconsciously people may feel that they are interacting with a machine and not other people. There is pro's to some social media but the con's outweigh the pro's by some margin.
