That was quick. It never sounded like the deal with the owners was above board, nothing solid just a feeling. I hope the genuine Notts County fans get a decent buyer for their club. Good luck guys.
 
I think the governing bodies need to be a little stricter in their vetting process here, or English football could end up being used and abused by big money men with the wrong intentions.
Hope all goes well for them.

95% of takeovers bring nothing but instability. I Agree with bastardo, definitely need a stronger vetting process.

Agreed, its getting beyond a joke at Portsmouth. You would like to think investing in a football club is a long term investment.

I thought the Premier League had this "fit and proper persons" test for all new owners buying into the premier league clubs? First person to pass was the guy who brought Portsmouth in the summer who has since sold it to this new lot!

Just saying, you shouldn't quote him like he's the messiah.

Even is he the electronic messiah in some threads on here.

Not all investment is good investment, thought we'd learnt this with Peter Johnson? Oh hang on, you're still a bit raw from the pasting I gave you in that other thread aren't you? x
