Moving on to a realistic rumour, the same newspaper also claims that Everton and Aston Villa are battling to sign Wolves £3m-rated wonderkid Michael Kightly.

I have said it before, how the hell can papers be allowed to print such utter drivvle without comebacks. All it does is unsettle players. Its a shame that papers have to invent this type of bollocks as they are useless at reporting about ACTUAL news worthy articles.

Read the source I have provided. The £45m quoted is for Johnson, Arteta, Parker and Viduka.

Not that it matters though, it wont be true. The same journalist claimed a few months ago that Andy Johnson was on his way to Spurs or Arsenal.

Cue tabloid rumour generator:

Then they have a program with a database that just spits out clubs/names and prices. They are all the same story and use the same phrases like 'Will test their resolve' etc etc. Unless we see them holding a new shirt (no photoshopping counts) its all a load of bollocks! Oh, and law of averages suggest they will accidentally get one right now and then!
