Think we're missing the point here. The validity of the football opinions made are irellevant. Everyone's allowed one, and everyone's allowed to disagree. But, when it's done in a way which could be seen (as it obviously was, because people reacted to it) offensive.

Staveros, you must of known when you said it, that it was a bit out of order. Maybe you were pissed again, im only inferring this as to the times that you posted it. As it seems that your posts become more volatile in the wee small hours.

Whether this is the norm when you're with your mates in the pub is also irrelevant. You must know that by saying what you did on a public forum, that not everyone would see it as you do. You're obviously quite clever and articulate, as the majority of your (pre-midnight) posts suggest and are, if nothing else, a good read.

Surely then, you can understand why people took it the way they did. Instead of falling back onto this, 'PC, men should be men, let's not call a spade and wooden-handed digging implement' diatribe. Just admit you may of over stepped the mark and we can move on.

Overall, I like what you post and agree with most of it, this is why I probably paid so much attention to it. Because it came out of nowhere. It's a cracking little forum this and it should stay that way, let's not let it go the way of the fishy one.

BK has tried to do aeverything he can for the club but the fact fo the matter is he hasnt got the money to take us forward i thank bill for what he has doen but i think we are at a time were he is limited on what he can do , we have had no major investment in a while yet to most we should be a very investable option but we just dont get it,

BK should move on and allow someone with the financial clout to help take this club forward,

Once over Tom i'd have agreed with that but I can't anymore. It's more than just not having the money...he treats the fans with contempt.

Whether or not he takes bad advice from the likes of Wyness and Ross I don't know, the number of lies and embarrassing transfer debacles he has overseen is inexcusible though.

When he comes out and declares the club 'for sale' I will believe that he truly wants what is best for Everton. I don't believe he will do that though because I don't believe he is willing to sell and THAT is what is holding us back more than anything.

£10m a year from Kirkby will have zero impact on our fortunes in this day and age amd if that is the best 'plan' they can come up with then it's worrying times indeed.
