So, who would everyone like to see come in before the deadline?
I'd like cover for Baines (especially after that worrying moment against Orient), a centre-mid and a forward before anything else.
Also, I'd be interested to know how much credit Moyes is getting for our start to the PL campaign. I've always thought he works the players too hard in pre-season and with Neville citing the 5 days the team had off (due only to the cancellation of/withdrawal from the Java Cup). Was the break a master-stroke by him or something imposed upon our manager?
Finally, surely credit is due to Moyes for once again backing our board/chairman into a corner and forcing the welcoming spending we've seen so far by refusing to sign a contract extension. Or are we going to say that Moyes is keeping his options open?
Extra-finally, should Barkley go out on loan? (I say he should not).
