Alright, you're all going OTT with this...the ale house, as far as I know, is a free-for-all. Danny's just talking about the Everton forum, I believe.
I myself get confused on which poart of the forum I'm in sometimes as I primarily use the 'What's New?' button as my main means of keeping up with posts. Maybe it'd be wise to use a different colour scheme for the ale house, perhaps amber for the post headers. I dunno...

Azz, keep in mind you don't have to sign up to view the Everton forum but you do for the ale house...that should tell you all you need to know really. That forum has to be maintained tighter because of that fact...lot of 'guests' are in there.

The Ale House is the Ale House, you can chat as much crap as you like and whilst sometimes its best to steer clear of some threads, where people are having a grown up discussion, most threads, as far as im aware are free game for crap talking.
The Everton forum is viewable by everybody, non memebers and stuff, well it used to be, I assume it still is, but basically and rightly, the mods like discussions to stay on topic and whilst im guilty of going off on sometimes, its always best to try and keep them on topic.
