Slammed shut after laying dormant for 180 days.


There's more Gold in them Vaults than a former Nazi Generals Cellar, open them up mods or do we have to wait for one of those freedom of information things to click round ?

Been taking lads to footy training, 2 different places so spent 2 hours driving back and forth between the 2 dropping off and picking up. Pishin' down as well so they got soaked.

Can't wait for sat myself mate, apart from Blackburn away it's been far too long a wait for us.

The vaults could do with a proper tidy up like with repeat threads everywhere. I always do a search before starting a thread and see loads of repeat ones which i'd merge if was able.

Maybe a 'request to reopen' option should be there when you post in a closed one which gives whichever mod is on the option ?

As it is the only solution is to quote every post from the closed thread in the new one.


an other option is when a thread is being started, if say '4 boss things' is in the title then titles containing the same words should appear in a dropdown box so that you can highlite one if its the same and then post in that thread instead of creating a repeat.

We can never have enough 4 boss things and one gash thing threads. Reduce the rule to 90 days Danny to punish them.

If a thread hasn't been replied to in 180 days, it's a fair assumption that 9 times out of 10, a new thread would be better than bringing back an old, and usually, out of context thread.

Start a new thread, and if you absolutely have too, link to the old one as a point of reference?
