Me and my lady are member of Orange Theory Fitness here in the States, Queens County of the good ol NYC. I've plateaued even with their HIIT variation for their workouts, after a while it doesn't matter if it's power, strength, endurance or esp it's all pretty much all the same. Treads, rower or floor. All out, push pace, base blah blah blah.
So I just checked out the local CrossFit gym and am thinking of joining but it's a pretty penny for monthly membership after onboarding, which is even more pretty.
Anyone have experience with CrossFit they can share? Just wanna get in better shape and working out also helps with my anxiety.
