Ordering tickets over email to box office

Tried emailing them regarding buying a ticket for the away game at Fulham. No reply. Dont they take orders over email anymore? Always used to.

Just wondering like

For future reference, if ordering away tickets by phone, whats the best extension to go through.

No mate, its when emailing the box office for away tickets. E-ticketing is fine
