Can someone explain to me why when I click on LOGIN in the Everton forum, I am taken to the splash page, then I have to press the enter button, and then login via the main everton site, and then I have to press Blueroom, which then opens up in a different window?

My god, I am a professional web designer, I earn my living by creating user friendly interfaces, which clown invented this process? Just typifies why out sourcing has been a complete and utter balls up.

The website is absolutely crap. I rarely go on it these days. And when I do, I quickly press my left return arrow on the browser after quickly scanning the headlines. This is because I don't want to be stuck there while some dumb-ass video that I don't want to watch downloads.

The video thing is annoying.

I'm subscribed to EvertonTV, so can watch any of the videos in full, whenever I want. So it's incredibly irritating to have a short snippet of the same video played every time I view a new page. They seriously need to sort that out, puts me off completely. Apart from that, I don't have any real gripes.

Please complain about the video thing. Its teh most annoying thing ever - i have EvertonTV, and even if i didnt, i dont want to watch teh same [Poor language removed] interview 20 times in the week. Adn teh loud music on the adverts the most annoying thing!! Its 1 in the morning, and the [Poor language removed] music comes on full blast.

So what did they say to your email, Ghost? They need a kick up the arse if they think it is acceptable to waste everyone's time with that crap they put on video. Reminds me of the days of flash when you would arrive at website only for it to say: Please wait while page loads. Then you'd get some stupid swirly crap which either froze your browser, crashed your computer or, if you were lucky, made you wait 2 minutes before you could get off the damned web page.

Look at Toffeeweb to the the OS. The one owned by the club is like some kid has just been taught web design and wants to show the world what he knows. The "amateur" one is user friendly, well structured and easy to navigate. Which one would you use first?

THink this is because the main site has customer authentication details. The forum is an offsite domain which can check a customer is authenticated, but it can't authenticate them (log them in).
