Do we actually coach our plyers how to shoot during an actual match. In the warm up, the players hit the net for fun. During the game they could not hit the proverbial cows arse with a banjo. They seem to want to blast it or are aiming for the top corner. How about passing it into the net, or using a bit of guile. The last 2 games could have been so different.

Davies v Bournemouth
None on on target and and blazed over the bar, Davies put his wide and high. Clear chances without making the keeper work.
We have had good chances in games, even though our play has generally been poor. Lack of clinical edge finishing wise has cost us standing in games and therefore points. Those are the margins in PL games.
Only the players can take responsibility for that.
