How do you all feel about 'out of towners'!?
Being honest, I'm probably a bit of a hypocrite in that I ABSOLUTELY despise the worldwide kopite fan base. But at the same time, I'm an Evertonian from the Midlands!! I look down on Liverpool 'fans' who have never even set foot in the city!! ( I have been to Goodison many times)
I was a five year old glory hunter in the mid 80's when I found Everton.... or Everton found me. Glory hunter? Perhaps! But since then there has been little glory! Maybe cheesy, but I still feel like I was chosen rather than chose.
There is a lot of mocking on here of armchair ********s from Kent, Ireland, Norway, Thailand Singapore, etc.! I enjoy such mocking!! Indeed, I join in!
But although Manchester United and Liverpool are top of the table when it comes to non-local fans, Everton do have more than their fair share and a healthy sprinkling of fans across the country and the world. I trust they are welcomed!
