Anyone know how to properly do this?

I'm looking for a bit of help from anyone who's ever modded Fifa. I'm using an old version (Fifa 21) but I saw these videos on YouTube and thought I'd try my hand at it after a mate referred them to me.




Any help is appreciated. I just can't get my head around this fella's accent.
