Luigi's both Brooklyn are the absolute Pinnacle of the New York slice
Also went to a place called Mario's classic in Hoboken which is actually New Jersey and they did a Sweet Italian sausage slice which to this day hasn't been topped.
As far as the way I eat it...if it's the New York slice with a firmer base,I'll fold down the middle and attack down the middle,if it's a Neapolitan am not ashamed to say I used a knife and fork.
