According to the Guardian (and other papers):

That period is three years for players who were under 28 when they signed the contract and two years for others.

Who do we have that is eligible for buying out (Cahill? Beattie?), and alternatively, who could be available under this Webster rule (bear in mind that the transfer has to be between different countries)?
