I think they made 6 sequels, which just makes it even worse

Agreed, an absolutely appalling comedy. I can't think of anything which was worse. The worst character was the ex-hoodlum with the high voice. Also hated that guy that made stupid noises like cars backfiring.

Come on you cant deny that at one stage in everyones life you kill yourself laughing at Police Academy.

Sure, it got really bad by the third or the fourth but the first couple were Funny As ****.

Funniest bits i can remember

- The crazy cheif and how he's always playing Golf
- The bad luitenant and how he always ends up in Biker Bars
- Garfield whatshisface. The frustrated guy that couldnt speak english
- How hot Kim Catrall was. Major crush for a young McB.
- The guy who makes all those sounds. Come on he was hilarious for a minute in the 80's there. Still remember his name. Michael Winslow.
