I feel Pellegrini is a consideration, but considering what's been said in the media by Frank De Boer's agent, (that he would 'love' to manage Everton) and a few others regarding Ronald Koeman, which would you pluck for a new phase and exciting era for Everton?

no need to include Mourinho or Pellegrini for reasons explained. no need for cheese on toast. if it had to be one, which would you prefer?

No idea. Haven't watched the Dutch league since... ever. Then since Everton started being balls I haven't watched MOTD or unimportant full games of neutral teams in a long time

That has been the most depressing thing about our lost eighteen months.

I have lost touch with the wider football world as most weekends I cannot bring myself to watch MOTD

Frank De Boer - a little cooler than the name Ronald.

Wanted by Barcelona, Tottenham, Newcastle, sounded out by Liverpool too. Biggest signing is £4.5m, 4 titles in 6 seasons in his first job, assistant manager and finishes as runner up in the World Cup in 2010, worked with Johan Cruyff, lives and breathes football, scored free-kicks and headers, so unlike RM is into set-pieces, has beaten Barcelona in the champions league, has 4 or 5 years of non-stop champions league experience, is fitter, younger and more able to work on the training pitch. From Ajax. Mourinho had no premier league experience at one point. Losing to the promising and similar Cocu a couple of times is no disgrace. Cocu has beaten Man Utd in the CL if memory serves.
