Its piggin ace lad, gonna have to change the words to "Spirit of the Blues" !As someone who has not been to the new stadium yet I would be really intrigued to get an idea of how good it is from fellow fans with all factors considered.
10 is the best of the best, cannot be improved and is just an absolute phenomenon.
0 is absolute garbage.
What are we saying?
53kIt's a 7/10 for me.
Location is spectacular, the sound will be intimidating, and that upper south concourse will be the best in the country.
It's just a bit bland inside, even with Everton branding it won't change that imo.
The South stand is a disappointment as well. It's not the huge single tier we thought we were getting.
I think we could have gone bigger with the attendance, and the allowances made to incorporate safe standing have taken away from the south stand.
Overall am happy with it, but a 52k is a bit too small for me to be blown away.
Come on, come on, get down to Bramley Moore Dock wooooohhhh! It still worksIts piggin ace lad, gonna have to change the words to "Spirit of the Blues" !
Seriously tho mate, when you can get there, its jaw dropping!![]()
Agree with all these pointsThe stadium is awesome.
Only niggles:-
- Finish and brand the interiors (yup will be done soon I'm sure).
- Fix the tacky external lighting!
- Transport links and improve the immediate area with bars, restaurants ands hotels ETC. Will also improve the experience for those walking in. Hopefully purchasing the Nelson dock will help with that.
- Increase the capacity to above 60k (not sure this will ever happen) .
Still love it though will become iconic.
Yes!! Indeed it does. LolCome on, come on, get down to Bramley Moore Dock wooooohhhh! It still works![]()

Agree with all of your analysis, but it's just shy of 53k rather than just 52k.It's a 7/10 for me.

This. The first proper match with a full house in full voice is going to be mind blowing and electric.
With respect, the club is partially to blame in that right from the granting of the planning permission and the commencement of the work, the club should have been constantly liaising with/applying pressure to the city council, the local regional authorities and indeed national government to secure improvements to all the local transport infrastructure/car and coach parking… as a major part of the regeneration of the immediate area and beyond into the generally run down North Liverpool.Solely on the stadium, the stands, the location, the plaza etc which aren’t fully finished, it’s already a 9.
It’s magnificent now, a world class arena.
Just needs the finishing touches adding inside and out to make it our proper home and hopefully they review food & drink prices, which seem a little steep for what you are getting. It’s then 10++++ and will be easily one of the very best in the world.

Not commenting here on the shitshow of transport and parking, that’s not on the club.
