I travel through Portsmouth quite often and it is a whopping chunk of land available, far in excess of the Kings Dock area. It's all MOD land, the first chunk has become a huge residential/commercial area with the Spinnaker Tower as the centre piece. The second plot is to the left of the historic ships area and is a vast plot of land.
