I swear he was 18Getting caught in a compromising position on Hampstead Heath in the middle of the night with a young stranger and explaining that you were :
A - Helping a young man who was lost.
B. Helping a young man search for his lost dog.
C. Couldn't sleep, so decided to go for a walk and struck up a conversation with a young man who seemed like a nice chap.
Despite him having crack teeth and him wearing lip stick.
I envision @The Esk at the wheel of a sailboat.
Whats so posh about Rugby Union? I've played Rugby Union (at an extremely low level!) for years, yet i'm working class and proud of it.
They always get away with speeding and drink driving, they pay the jury so they won't go to jail 'cos they're terrified of Mr Big and purple Aki who will rape them senseless in Walton.
I've not encountered that many posh people in all the years I've played (over 20 years now). I see more posh snobs going to the football and wrecking it for everyone then I ever do at the Rugby. The glory hunter element of modern football attracts far more supposedly posh people imo.The culture?
I can sort of see were your coming from mate, but I think people perceive it to be posh because of what it once was rather then what it's really like now. In all the years I've played my team has only had one really posh member and he took endless stick for it! Who knows though maybe my experience was different then most and your son's more typical. It's deffo borderline posh in England mate, my lad plays ( loves it ), however ninety percent of his team mates go to public schools and live in mansions. It's still working class to an extent in parts of Lancashire and Cumbria x
