Its been funny looking at response on the likes of Kipper to these. A lot are outraged, what else did they expect?

They show exactly what any new basic proposal for a football site would show.

where is the arrow and text that indicates the TESCO area and its parking?

also, will our site and its footprint include expansion room for the future?

wheres jjb going is that going to be the 'leisure commercial'?

i also dont see a train station there, which sucks. !

why is there only one red arrow out as well, are we honestly looking to squeeze 50k out of one road exit?

is this proposal authentic? or is it propaganda?

suits says: "way too vague"

Suits I can picture it mate and it would all fit well. At the bottom left is a roundabout, the motorway is just before that. The stadium in a FC Cologne style would look daughting from the motorway.

The train station is a 10 minute walk and is towards the top left of the picture.

shame i didnt quote, no one will understand now.

train station (stadium) is northwest in which picture?

i dont see many pubs and restaurants in the plans, its starting to grate already.

wheres the museum?
what will the stands be named?
will the stand closest to goodison be called to goodison stand?

Im starting it now, 'the holy trinity' stand (or something similar)('trinity end'), and like dixie we get 3 more statues of that trio all standing proud above the entrance to the biggest home end.

Ok then, I will do it :P

Pretty Ambiguous, id hate the stadium in the middle of an indutrial estate, one worry we need room for expansion. Personaly i think the F.C Colonge stadum is a bit riversideish!

Aside from the actual debate on whether a ground move to Kirkby is sensible or not, does anyone not agree with me that this first representation is extremely amateurish and in no way sells the proposed development to local resident and fans alike.

Where are the 3D models, and computer graphics of the stadium inside and out, and surrounding areas?

I doubt that the plans as presented would get a high pass at GCSE level, let alone be the first step to creating a world class sporting venue!

Middle of an industrial estate?

Sorry mate misread the drawings, their not really like for like in comparison!

Intresting the parking i assume the coach parking is for us and the car parking for the tesco/commercial outlets.

Here are a few pictures of Fc Colonges Stadium that we are apparently moddeling our staium on. Bear in mind that their capacity is 45,000 and if all reports are to be beleived ours will bee 55,000

Looks good eh high stands close to the pitch and 10,000 more capacity for us! hypothetical i know at this stage, but if you look at the the propsed Kikby footprint with the right angled four corners it certainly matches the design of the colonge stadium seating plan See the below links.

Were these releases actually from the club? i mean, there has been nothing on official the official site, so these plans are vaguaries it appears, used to gauge the response of the individuals near the proposed site so that an accurate picture of what they want can be garnered.

My presentation would be, 2000 new jobs in the area and increased council spending on the area for life or nothing.

make your choice.
