how long does it normally take for a moderator to preview a post and how will i know if it has been accepted or binned

A members posts are placed in a moderation queue if they are persistency causing annoyance on the forum, or seen to be 'trolling'.

In other words, a moderator needs to approve any post made by the said member before it appears to the masses.
