On the app, there is a small head in the top right hand corner, click this and then you'll be able to log in

Once you've done that, hit the 'Explore' tab and then you'll have the Members Area option

Adult membership? I think you need to email admin@bangbros.com with your chosen fetish (ie. Captain stabbin' or brazilianfartporn.com). Tell them you have been unable to rub one out due to login problems. They'll help you out.
