I’m not sure your argument stands up as you could flip it to make the exact opposite point:

You can decide a competition that is 75% complete and probably get away with legal challenges due to a deadly pandemic, but can you legally void a season that’s three quarters done?

The point is, neither position is invulnerable to legal challenges and both sides of the argument can use the pandemic as being exceptional circumstances.
I know which one I'd rather be defending. If it was written into the rules that they could either make something up as they went along in situations like this, or had it written into the rules re decision on PPG that would be fine, but there isn't such. rule so an arbitrary decision to employ a PPG ruling would doubtless see clubs looking to sue for that Tort.

On current form Liverpool would still win the league cos they only need 6 points (and that's also assuming City win all of their last 10 games.)

Liverpools form in the last 5 league games.
W v Southampton =3 points
W v Norwich =3 points
W v West Ham =3 points
L v Watford =0 points
W v Bournemouth =3 points.

Or if for some bizarre reason you would want to include Cup games in the last 5?
W v West Ham = 3 points
L v Watford = 0 points
L v Chelsea = 0 points
W v Bournemouth = 3 points
L v Athletico = 0 points.
That would still mean that they would still get the maximum of 6 points needed to win the title. Just saying like.

P.S. Yes, I am running for cover :D

What if they didn't though? Due to the situation and circumstances, the RS players aren't into it really and struggle to get the points.

That would be funny.

All fair

Can only see one of two things happening. Either they will follow the bundesliga and restart or they will ask clubs to vote and it’ll go down to PPG regardless of backlash. I just can’t see it being voided. Although if relegation is somehow taken off the table I can’t see how you could crown champions and European spots but just ignore relegation.

It won't be voided. They will call it cancelled or curtailed with no title, no relegation and prize money / european places awarded using PPG which could be challenged but I doubt anyone would bother doing so.

I honestly think the whole of the country would laugh so much and many would split their sides and the NHS wouldn't be able to cope.

When they win it, HEADLINE; "Liverpool F.C. save the NHS."

I think this is the most likely non completion scenario, or they just draw a line on current standings for European places but no relegation. I don’t think the season being voided will ever happen but curtailing it without a title being given out would still obviously not be what the footballing establishment would want for their favourite club. I can see it being completed now though. It’s not safe to do so but they are pushing on regardless. Only thing that would stop it would be if the clubs voted against it but you can imagine everything is being done to pressure the clubs that are against restarting to either abstain or change their vote.
