They are still having them but almost a month ahead of us and we are the worst country in Europe by some distance. As an example we’ve been having almost 400 deaths per day this week. Spain has less than 50.

Spain is an example club’s and players will be using as to why it shouldn’t start here yet so I’m glad you recognise that as well.

None of this is relevant to things here really anyway. Football Association’s and Governing Bodies make the decisions in all other European countries except the UK. The member clubs at that time own the Premier League and it takes 14 clubs to vote through every decision here.

It's crazy, isn't it; you could quite easily make some sort of case for the FA Cup being played (Not many games, neutral grounds not so much of an issue, same conditions for all teams) but you don't hear a squeak from anyone about that.

Over 1200 people have died since Monday of Covid19 in the UK its still quite unreal all this imminent restart talk...

Eight teams left in - nice little (morale boosting) tournament in late summer ???
Not so much as a squeak from the m£dia…...

La Liga been given the green light to start again the second week of June.
That didn't seem remotely possible about 8 weeks ago.

In fact so far today the only country in the world that have registered more deaths is Mexico

Great posts about the FA Cup. Most football fans love the competition and that could be the sporting boost that football needs.
The insane suggestions coming from the greedy feckers in the Premier League are doing nothing for the morale of anybody.
