Redirect ads

Noticed this happening on occasion. Getting the redirect ads when clicking on a link on here on my phone. Not sure why. I've screen shotted the ad page if that's any help. Doesn't happen all the time but kind of annoying reading a thread and it then redirects me to win an iPhone.

Also says the page is German even though it's in English.
