We had 2 goals disallowed that game so in essence scored 4 against a top 7 side yet you moaned all night long.

I would rather be a "weapon" and be happy when my team wins than a moaning arse who's never happen win, lose or draw Kev. :coffee:
Did I say I was unhappy with the performance yesterday? Or the manager?

Don't know how we'll field two teams on the same day to play Wolves and Leicester

Yesterday was fantastic. Easily our best result and showing of the season but we're still in serious trouble and anyone saying otherwise is delusional. We aren't getting anything away from home other then maybe a very occasional and lucky point. EVERYTHING hinges on our home games so we need the place rocking like it was yesterday, we need 100% from both fans and the players to get over the line here. We're just lucky that the other teams near the bottom of the league are just as wretched as us! (and in a few cases even more so).

No chance, it’s a non starter. If you want something to worry move on to global warming or the events in the Ukraine. Everton aren’t going down.

That Newcastle result is annoying but might break the spirit of the chasing pack. On the plus side seeing some great comments from Villa fans about Stevie Starfish ‘Alex Mcleish called and he wants his brand of football back’ and ‘I am getting serious Tim Sherwood vibes, minus the Gillet’

Yeah well obviously I hope you're right but I'd rather we not leave it to chance. The fact is that we've won just two league games in sixteen and that is 100% relegation form. Hopefully yesterday's win is the beginning of our turnaround and we can look back at the end of the season and scoff at ourselves for ever thinking relegation could happen but until we're 100% mathematically safe we can't take anything for granted imo.
