Darren Dennehy

Moving into his second season full time at the academy, Darren comes from the south west of Ireland.

A tall centre-half who is also comfortable on the ground, Darren is a threat from set pieces and hard to out-jump at the centre of defence.

He has become a regular for the under 18s since joining the academy in September 2005. During the start of the 2006/7 season he began featuring more regularly for the reserves and gained Ireland under 19 recognition to go with his previous under 17 appearances.

The lad told chris that Kissock is outstanding. That is one player saying that about another player without being prompted. Kinda says something about the lad and the attitude of our club. Chris will fill you in later as he interrogated him for a while. Dennehy had been staying behind for voluntary extra training and has seen no manure players at the training ground. Decipher that as you will. I am sure you know what I mean. (paper talk is bollocks)

hes a tall [Poor language removed], slim but tall

hes got boats instead of boots, size 11 1/2

talks in very broad irish accent-could hardly understand him

hopes to make breakthrough into 1st team soon

rates a few of the local boys

thinks JPK is special- got lovely feet

says luke skywalker is good in the air???

recently passed driving test
 

how tall is 'tall'?

11.5s is nothing special, in some shoe makers opinion i am anything from 11 - 12.5

JPK is a fine footballer, but he hasnt had to do it against premiership grocks.

next time you see him, say congratulations from me for the driving test... better yet 2nd august i will do it myself.

to me there big, im only 7-8
 
depends on the shoe manufacturer - for me i have to consider how wide the shoe is because in swimmer terms i have flippers.

shoe size is also dictated by height.

hes a tall [Poor language removed], slim but tall

im a lttle fat [Poor language removed], only about 5'6-5'7 and was sitting in car, but thought him over 6ft- which to me is tall and as he didnt have beer belly (andy vdm) he appeared slim- would really say, more meat on a butchers pencil
 
your intrepid taxi driver/investigative rumourmonger has been out this morning, unfortunatley nothing new from yesterday.
