We have a turned into a side that has no fight, spirit, passion, we have turned into a team that hasn't got the fight to get back into games when losing and go till the end, it's sad to see, i was hoping we were going to go forward as a club but we are going backwards and action needs to be taken quickly.

And legions of Wigan fans predicted just such a scenario.

It's not as good as when Dave the other day started going on about how only cups are important and the league is irrelevant, but then said he didn't want to finish 5th because that gets you into the Europa League which will affect league form. My head truly fell off at that
I would not even attempt to configure rational thought process about the ramblings of our dear D Avek. Treat it with resigned bemusement...it's all it's worth.

Im still completely baffled by Roberto's comment about the dressing room boos. I can just imagine Hibbo stood in the corner booing loudly to drown out anything Brown Shoes had to say. What an utterly bizarre comment lol

In all seriousness tho it's the comment of a man losing the plot completely. I've been advocating a change of manager since around the stoke loss but to me it's becoming more and more abundantly clear that the players just aren't playing for him. It's getting a bit ridiculous now.

We are in Limbo.

Bobby is a dead man walking and he knows it.

There will just be drift now until he goes.

Oh.....before today I was hoping to play these in the Cup rather than Hammers.

Now I am hoping for Hammers as I just think United will rise to the occasion better than we will.

Hahahahahahah

Unreal stuff.

"Yeah it's sound you've filled your boots against Barnsley, Norwich (draw in the 90 mins and extra time as bets are settled) and Boro in a cup you didn't win, let's forget about those nasty little home defeats"

FFS it's not a tax rebate where we can offset things lol

He does not have a clue what he his going on about. Its kind of embarrassing that he's arguing the point, and his evidence is fan run site, which looking at it is just an excel table taken from information from Wiki hahaha

Wow, well done. A fan run everton site.

Its not how its done though, you should really keep up. It's measure against their peers. Keep banging this drum, you're wrong and thats the end of the discussion

That's why I said they take things to suit their needs. All games are included including wins against some crap League one side. 72 points trophy and still using it as an excuse to do crap after two years.

Are they Jones and Lawrence in disguise?

With a bit of luck we could have won today. We had 3 great chances (Lukaku, jagielka 2)

United only had their goal as a reasonable goal scoring opportunity

The point I am trying to make is that football is a game of small margins. Even Louis Van Gaal said United were lucky to win.

We were not drastically bad

Now the negatives.. i sensed a certain amount of frustration amongst the players (Jags with Lukaku - infact quite a few players with Lukaku, Coleman with anyone within 20 yards of him ditto McCarthy) , we were not playing as a coherent team. We conceded to another defensive individual error (how many of these this season)...

for those negatives, its down to the manager to knuckle down and get a [Poor language removed] grip of the situation

Spot on. I was sat in the Stretford End behind the goal and De Gea saved three efforts which could easily have been goals. At the other end they had one chance all game and scored. He did pretty much the same last season when he made great saves from Barry and Oviedo at the same end.

I think we have a total lack of concentration. Why else would we be so easily and regularly punished. They were a bang average side other than Martial, and we failed to take the game to them.
There was a lack of commitment on some players part today. Lukaku looked totally frustrated or maybe disinterested. Smalling had him under control all game. Compare his performance to that of Martial who put in a full shift and was regularly tracking back helping his defence. On the plus side he wouldn't have impressed United's transfer men on that performance.......

Very, very frustrating again today.
