I don't think I've ever been so convinced he has to go and go tonight. This is our last free week before a run of 5 matches in 15 days with the last 2 being the derby then the Semi-final. My worry is if we continue in this manor going into that particular week (even if we win a game) then, should we lose the derby the whole atmosphere will be poisonous, it could derail the only good thing about this season. I think a new manager, even if temporary would be afforded more time/patience.
This is now utterly utterly horrible. I won't entertain any pissy weak moments of positivity from people just to buy this joker more time.
Today's performance was so much more than just another loss at OT, it was disjointed, there was no rhythm, no shape, no definate formation, no effort, no intensity, no creation. There was, however, the most significant thing I've seen/heard yet and that was a huge and collective boo from the away fans.
The real fans of Everton football club see right through it now, no doubt about it, it's completely unanimous.

From the same 'consistent' poster who has said multiple times that the league doesn't matter yet uses '72 points' as his main defence for everything, has said that there is no difference between fifth and fifteenth as they don't get you anything yet thinks our fifth place in 13/14 trumps our fourth place in 04/05. He wrote off our league season last year because it was all about the Europa, until we crashed out of that and then that wasn't worth winning but the excuse as to why we botched our league campaign still stood. We were then assured this wouldn't be the case this year as there was no Europa, but now that we've botched this one as well the line has changed to 'well the league doesn't matter'. By his own admission he set a target for 60 points this season, and a 'minimum expectation' of top 8. Bar a brilliant run of for, we will be nowhere near that.

If you are losing constantly whilst not playing badly you have major problems.
