How's your research going into explaining why we have only conceded 9 away from home, which is the 6th best away record. Better than any other Everton manager at this stage of the season?

In your own time, dear chap.
Take that @orly.....haha you've been done their fella.....as we speak Martinez is polishing his

'Conceded less goals away from home at the halfway point of the season' trophy

That's why we should keep him.

I'm no Moyes lover but even I can see that he managed us at a time when the top 3 or 4 were miles ahead of everyone else in terms of performances and results, which is why we used to finish about 6th on average. I'd go as far as to say that if we were having a typical Moyes type season we'd be in Spurs position today, and given the failings of other teams around them, probably legitimate title challengers under such circumstances, as Spurs are.

Can you shed some light on why we have only conceded 9 away from home this season, 6th best in the league and better than any other Everton manger has done this time in the season?

You can win the trophy with your reply you know.

If you're having to scab points here and there with rubbish football, then there wont be many wins in any case, so it's a moot point.
see my above point re Spurs - title challengers IMO without looking the greatest in any way shape or form.

I just think you are make a bad argument for scintillating football at the expense of results, when you consider how up for grabs everything is at present.

hahahahaha

6th best in the league, just 9 goals conceded in the 9 away games. Those brutal away fixtures like Newcastle and Norwich and Southampton [the latter have just lost their 8th in 10 games or something like that).

Sixth best hey. Phenomenal.

That might be the most desperate thing I have ever seen on here.

19 goals conceded at home so far and he's brought that one out.

They've gone to Hull in a handbasket this time!

Would you rather win the premier league playing boring football or get relegated playing exciting football?
On second thought don't answer that i know what you will say

Exactly....so why do you say such things?

Are you preempting Martinez failures because he possibly can't provide both?

I know you'll probably be thinking 13/14....but if you are, you should be aware that you have mentioned our change, in terms of style of play since 13/14. So what was wrong with the play of 13/14 and why aren't we winning games now if we are playing football 'touched by the gods' do you know the answer...obviously it won't be Martibez fault, so what is it?

Also what is the average points jail for a 11th placed finish? I ask because you mentioned you wouldn't care if we finished 11th I'd just like to know how many more points would be acceptable this season as a MINIMUM for YOU

About 50 points, IIRC. We'll surpass that though. Top half and two good cup runs playing a very entertaining brand of attacking football in a season when we restructure and rebuild away from the Moyes squad at long last. That's my targets.
