Not sure, but it does make you wonder why the home form is so bad. It also makes you wonder that if we indeed are 'playing football touched by the gods' why we have only won 6 games this season, if we have a defence that has proven itself capable as you've pointed out.

A very brief look at the table and I think we've played only 3 of the top 10 away from home this season, so the other 6 games are against the lesser lights (including the 3 we conceded at Bournemouth).

Celebrating us 'only' conceding a goal a game away from home. Even for a man who said 'but the people of Hull think we are great' that just reeks of desperation.

Show me a post from pre season saying that Watford, Leicester, Palace, West Ham would be playing like they are, and that Chelsea would be a few points off relegation in 2016, and you have a valid point.

does that matter whether or not it was predicted??? if we were battening down the hatches now we'd be up there fighting with spurs, not messing about in 11th.

changing to a more disciplined style isnt that hard to do,

mate its a statistical anomaly which does nothing to over ride every other piece of evidence that says we are leaking goals left right and centre and no one with any influence on the style of place seems to give a toss about that.

It is without a doubt, THE most frustrating thing about him. Would not disagree at all.

But, as I have said numerous times, it is easier to fix that than fix a team not scoring. I trust him, just, to do that.

We have conceded 9 away from home 'statistical anomaly' or not it's still 9. Any reason why that is the case?

About 50 points, IIRC. We'll surpass that though. Top half and two good cup runs playing a very entertaining brand of attacking football in a season when we restructure and rebuild away from the Moyes squad at long last. That's my targets.

I remember you said (about April last year) if we are 11th come Christmas you said Martinez's position is in the balance. Please devek, top half as a target, this club is better than that but everyone is entitled to their opinion so I accept that.

no reasons to make me feel confident that we wont be shipping 3 to spurs tomorrow and that next game should be the priority instead of pondering obscure points like number of away goals conceded without taking into account the total no of goals conceded.
