A few of the mates of mine who are whinging about RM's comments recently, are the ones who were lauding the fresh approach last year. I did tell them it would get to them whilst we're in a poor run.

Me thinks, he thinks that we play exactly how he wants it playing with just one issue, the result. Roberto is a stats man who forgets about the most important stat, the result. As long as we pass, pass an pass it don't matter if we don't get the right result. That's why in post match interviews he's so happy an positive, cos the lads have done as ordered yet lost. Mad mentality but great if ya winning.

I think there's a lot of truth in this. For me the players are so focussed on getting the passing right that it's stifling our play. It's all too slow, too short and to feet. Need something less predictable to unlock the likes of wba.
