Off after 12 minutes for under 21's - anyone know I it's an injury, if so(assume it wad injury) if it's bad?

Nononono, Jack, what are you doing?!

Seriously hoping our Bainesy doesn't end up injured too.

I'm not happy at all now.

Gutted for him, he had a great game on saturday and now possibly out for weeks, now looks like Cahill will no doubt be back in the side next game. As for Bainesy, i doubt he'll be playing for England anyway unless it's for 10 mins coz Cashley is def starting. I seriously don't know how he gets ahead of Baines, typical England managers picking the same top 4 players ahead of the players who are in top form. So since he ain't starting....I have no interest in watching the game

As someone who's played at various levels of football etc I can tell you "groin strain" is a weird one and isn't a fixed period.
I and others have had various strains and pulls it's part and parcel.
The other week I had a thigh strain I couldn't walk on but knew it'd only be about 5-6days max, so I was training again on the Friday after.
Like a small grade can be fine to walk and run on just not sprint or stretch and CAN be a week or two up to 6weeks or so weeks. Then anything else would be 8-12 weeks up to severe brusing and swelling which can be more.
So relax, might be very mild and a precaution.

Wow. Just like last time, as he was hitting his stride, he gets injured on international duty.
