Bit hard imo comparing players who are in teams fighting at different ends of the league. Sterling imo is poor at finishing. He could have had at least another 5 in clear chances he's fluffed. Not to mention the half chances.

There was a stat I read couple of weeks back that Ross has created something like 50 chances in 57 games or something. The fact his team mates are missing them is not really his fault. Creating them chances in a different team could of lead to a much higher assist rate.

Either way, there's no other young english player I'd swap Ross for.
 

Ross is still a baby people. Paul Gascoigne was playing for Newcastle at his age and wasn't exactly setting the world on fire but he had bags of ability like our boy. Gascoigne came more into the game when he was about 23
 

We need a goal badly today, if Ross was on the bench and coming on with 30 mins to go, like Newcastle, it would be perfect for him
 
Scary thing is that was probably his best game of the season tonight apart from QPR at home who were so bad we could have put any team out to win that night.
