i just read this pieace of news now everton and it was a interiew with roy keane and he was sayin that now the sunderland have lost out on baines that he shouldnt leave sunderland for everton and was pure trying to take the mick out of us.

if you are talking about baines wanting to go to everton, keane said he understood and he felt the same at united when other clubs came in for him but only wanted to go to celtic.

I saw the interview on SSN and I agree with teppic I don't think he was taking the piss I think he geniunely felt as though there's no stopping a player who wants to join his boyhood club.
