in memoriam - 1961-2023
According to the source I had at the match today - DIC ALREADY own 40% of The RS and Parry is/will be on his way.

Remember I also heard before the media got wind of it that The RS had spoken to Klinsmann.

40% of one means 80% of one of their share, or some strange fractions of each.

could it be possible they have three on the board instead of just two?

Well DIC has certainly got riled and stood up for its self, it is calling the Americans names, bollocks. DIC have offered £400 mil for total control of the club and accuse Hickas and Gillett of living in wonderland as they clearly want substantially more, or at least one of them does. Wonderland, DIC wants wonderland, sounds familiar doesn't it, here to another cock up!(y)(y)

oh well looks like the nightmare is over at the rs, at least it been alaugh and now the rs will go on a winning streak, haha at the amercians coming in and buying them and then selling late on for profit, so will the debts be gone now when dic become owners?

Nothing is by any means cut and dried, Hicks is still saying he wont sell, Gillett I think is fed up but wants a nice profit and both of them want far more than DIC has offered, it has a way to go yet.

I just sent this to SSN

Our club will not move forward until we get shut of Benitez, he is the problem not the owners. The Americans have given him more to spend than most clubs and he has wasted it by the bucket load yet managed to deflect criticism for his own short comings on to the owners, he is an overrated arrogant fool and should be sacked

Stanley Bullens

They have just said that all e-mail support the sale, either they lie or have bothered to read mine, anyone else feel like speaking up for the Americans:lol::lol::lol::lol:

Much as we have laughed, it worries me slightly about the outcome of a DIC takeover. If those rich Arabs take control, serious money will be invested:(

It may be true but judging by the amount of money spunked on horses the return on the investment has not been too great. They have a track record of appointing the wrong people - although in the case of The [Poor language removed] they're too late - Rafael and Parryanycriticism are already in post.

Hicks and Gillett tell DIC to shove it, the farce goes on:lol::lol::lol::lol:

USA, USA, USA

I don't want to sound racist here but even I can't see the Anfield directors box filled with red and white turbans, yasmacks and the like, just can't see it. More sand on that pitch grounds man and pass me the sheeps eyes

Nah, DCI will be the new owners soon, they will make another bid soon, can't believe the rs are so jammy, the dci owner is the 5th richest man in the world.

we should thank hicks for the laughs cos this rs will cost DCI an extra 200 million then what they would have paid 13 months ago.
lol

Don't be so sure, they are already being asked to pay nearly £100mil more than they originally offered. The move today is typical of arabs, take it or leave it, they will not be milked and I'm sure they will not go near the sum being asked which is about £500 mil. They have pride in business, they buggered off last time and could well do so again, remember they have also had talks with Newcastle

Hicks will sell very soon, don't know where the rumours came from about them rejecting the deal cos sentena have just said Hicks has not refused the deal at all.
