Simply predict the results and scores of each weeks Premiership matches to collect points to move up the leagues.
Rules and Regulations
To take part in the league, you must sign up. To sign up, simply click here and reply. The deadline to sign up is 12:00am Saturday, 11 August 2007.
The prediction game will begin as soon as the first ball is kicked in the Premiership which is 12:45 on Saturday 11th August 2007. The game will finish at the end of the season.
Scoring Rules
Predict exact score = 3pts
example;
Your prediction: Everton 3-0 Wigan
Actual Result: Everton 3-0 Wigan
Predicting correct result and margin = 2pt
example;
Your Prediction: Villa 2-1 Liverpool
Actual result: Villa 3-2 Liverpool
Predicting correct result but wrong margin = 1pt
example;
Your Prediction: Everton 4-0 Wigan
Actual result: Everton 3-0 Wigan
Totally wrong score = 0pts.
example;
Your prediction: Everton 0-0 Wigan
Actual result: Everton 3-0 Wigan
A league will be run and obviously the member with the most points at the end of the season will be the winner.
