Just on an online chat with a Dell sales rep, and the first thing he asks me is this:

In order to serve you better, may I have your telephone number & email address, just in case of disconnection I can either call you or email you back.

In other words he meant this:

Is it ok if I take your email address and phone number so we can spam you?

Cheeky ****er, anyone else have any Salesman tricks that they get played on?
